“The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.”

“We were on the 4th floor as we had booked a suite. Was told when we got there that the elevator was broken. So we had to haul our luggage up 4 flights. When we went to use the jacuzzi orange water came out. Left it running for 5 minutes and still had an orange color. For the cost of the room it wasn't up to par.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“We stayed in one of the cabin rooms and it was a great experience. Tons of room- even for an air mattress- and it was incredibly clean. With a beach nearby, our room had a broom and dustpan right by the entrance so you can keep things clean. The room came with a fridge and microwave, as well as a small table and chairs. Outside of the room was a little porch-style setup that had a patio furniture type bench and table so you could sit outside. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon……
